Q&A
Do you offer free delivery? Yes, we offer free delivery throughout Australia for orders $75 and more.
Do you delivery outside of Australia? At this stage no, but in the future, yes. Please follow Myrtle Stone on IG to keep up to date.
What are your products made of? A two-part material consisting of mineral powder and water based eco acrylic resin. It is more eco friendly compared to ordinary resin and is non-toxic, cruelty free, VOCs and Solvent frees and flame resistant. Products are sealed with beeswax.
Do you stock items? We carry a very small amount of stock. All orders are custom made. This allows us to produce our best quality work and minimise our waste.
How do I look after my products? A care instruction card will be delivered with all orders. Wipe down all spills and pat dry. Do not use harsh chemicals/cleaners on products. Clean strong contaminants such as wine, makeup, coffee as soon as possible. Avoid dropping or using force as product may chip or break.
How many days does it take to make my order? I make all orders by hand and as fast as possible. The average time is 7-20 days. Depending on order demand, production time will be towards the 20 day mark.
Can I eat off the trays? This product hasn’t been tested yet to confirm food safety standards. So for safety I say no.
What are air bubbles? Small surface air bubbles occur naturally when casting. We do our best to get most out. But it is part of its natural hand made charm.

Do you offer custom colours/designs? Yes, you’ll find a custom colour Section under each product. Once purchase please email me with you custom colours. Custom orders take 2 weeks to design and make. We also have custom 4 x colour coasters available. Please see shop for details.

Alicia Rogers
Hi, my name is Alicia and I’m the creator and founder of Myrtle Stone.
I created Myrtle Stone shortly after renovating my bathroom. My bathroom was designed with natural terracotta colours, concrete and most importantly terrazzo. Once my bathroom was completed I found it very difficult to find earthy, natural tone bathroom accessories and other decor. So I decided to design my own, I received amazing feedback from friends and family regarding my products I made. From this point I decided to open up a small home business (in Perth, Western Australia) and create my home decor for others. I make most of my own moulds and make all my own products. I have been a stay at home Mum for the past 6 years, prior to this I work at a high end furniture company in the logistic department and prior to this I worked in the media industry for a National newspaper. It feels great to be part of the design industry again and creating wonderful hand made products to suit your home and office.
All items are hand made and production time is 10-14 days.
